These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScreenTime Plus (the "Service"), a trailer aggregation platform operated by Scribedby ("we", "us", "our"), available at www.screentimeplus.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
ScreenTime Plus is an aggregation platform that collects publicly available video trailers and promotional content from official YouTube channels and presents them in a browsable, categorised format. The Service:
All videos, trailers, thumbnails, and associated promotional materials displayed on the Service are owned by their respective rights holders (film studios, game publishers, networks, and distributors) and are hosted by YouTube. We do not claim ownership of, and do not license, any third-party content made available through the Service.
ScreenTime Plus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or any content owner whose material appears on the Service. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. References to studios, publishers, and programmes are for identification purposes only.
We aggregate content automatically from official channels. We do not manually review every item, and we do not control YouTube or the content owners. Content may be removed, restricted, or made unavailable by its owner or by YouTube at any time, in any region, without notice to us. Where a video is not playable in your country, the Service may hide it from your view; availability is ultimately determined by YouTube and the content owner, not by us. Ranking, categorisation, and ordering displayed by the Service are automated approximations and carry no editorial guarantee of accuracy.

The Service operates without user accounts and does not require personal information. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally (such as a record of which trailers were verifiably playable in your region, and cached assets for offline use) for the sole purposes of improving performance and avoiding repeated checks. This data remains on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Except for third-party content described in Section 3, the Service's design, layout, code, branding, and original text are the property of Scribedby and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, timely, or continuously operational, and we expressly disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content displayed through the Service. Your use of embedded content is also subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scribedby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any issues arising from third-party content, links, or embedded players. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero).
The Service links to and embeds content hosted on third-party websites (principally YouTube). We have no control over the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Following links or viewing embedded content off-platform is at your own risk.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scribedby, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England and Wales].
